I’ve been busy cleaning and installing stuff on my host server. One of them is a site traffic tracking tool called mint. It was developed by a web designer. So it really looks pretty, which is one of the reason why I chose that over the other traffic monitoring softwares out there. I hope I made a good decision. I had to shell out $30 for it. So far it seems decent, I am just missing seeing what country visits. I tried installing a plug-in called Location, but it doesn’t seem to recognize the Philippine IP… or at least my IP address. And based on the stats, right now I’m talking to myself. hahaha. Hopefully that will change over time.

Aside from cleaning up the files and folders of this site, I also installed a nice skin for my wordpress. I find the default wordpress control panel too clunky. The one I installed is quite an improvement over the default one. I still prefer the speed of MovableType.. specially in HTML handling.
