Now I made some sense of the grid.. the content area will be 600px, while the side bar will be split into 2 columns, 200px and 160px, to complete the 960px page width. What’s nice is that I am doing this “live” and not doing it first on my local disk then uploading. I’m actually editing the CSS file on the server. I know a lot of reasons why this could be a no no.. but hey this is part of the my practice for this site: transparent process.
