		<description>Thanks. :) I didn&#039;t know that.  My wife and I were debating whether having this license will stop anyone from copying it anyway.  I guess it goes the same for software IP.</description>

This is important because people who try to declare IP as their own must prove that there is no &quot;Prior Art&quot;. If you posted your ideas on the web as public domain, under a Creative Commons license or any other such license it makes it obvious that &quot;Prior Art&quot; already exists. So, its still good!</description>
