Visit the google personalized home page and see the new button on the top right: “Select Theme” Wow. This is a big step for google. I mean they are known for their simple white straightforward search site. Have they succumbed to the “portal” pressure? Could this be the end of Google? Hardly. The themes are actually not half bad. I’m glad some of their billions are going to the arts. :)

Thanks to the Geek for the sighting. Here is a link to an MSN article about it.

Thanks for the link! Like I said, I use the search box on the top tight corner of firefox to do my searching, so this really doesn’t excite me all that much. Actually, portals in and of themselves don’t excite me that much, period.
However, it does look pretty sweet. Far less commercialized than say, Yahoo.
Good luck in the PBA!
Hi Aileen, thanks for dropping by. :)
Actually, the design (Bus Stop) you mentioned also changes according to the weather conditions. But Google have a little mistake there, there are two buttons Cancel-Cancel, instead Ok-Cancel pair.
Thanks I found just the info I already searched everywhere and just couldn’t find. What a perfect site.
